Pot of Gold

Ingredients:
4 cups pear halves, cut into bite size pieces and chilled
1 cup pineapple juice tinted with green food coloring, chilled
1 quart lime sherbet
6 green maraschino cherries

Directions:
Mix the fruit and juice.  Spoon into tall glasses and top with a scoop of sherbet.  Garnish with a maraschino cherry and serve.

Serves 6

*Children should always be supervised when preparing or cooking in the kitchen.
