Fried Ice Cream
Ingredients
2 cups rice/corn square cereal combination, crushed
2 tsp cinnamon
6 scoops (1/2 cup each) nonfat frozen vanilla yogurt or ice milk
Sugar
Honey or chocolate sauce, as desired
Cooking Directions
Place cereal in shallow pan and mix with cinnamon. Quickly roll 1 scoop
of frozen yogurt at a time in cereal mixture to coat. Place coated
scoops on cookie sheet. Sprinkle generously with sugar. Cover and freeze
until firm, about 2 hours or more.
Set oven control to broil. Uncover pan. Broil scoops with tops 6 inches
from heat for about 30 seconds or until coating begins to lightly brown.
Serve immediately. Top, if desired, with honey or chocolate sauce.
